FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR CLIENTS WE SANITIZE VEHICLES AFTER EACH RIDE

If you suspect you have left an item in one of our vehicles, please contact us at 1-(800) 788-2119. If the driver finds the item and can bring it back to you, there will be a surcharge to be paid to the driver at the time of the delivery. The charge is based on the distance between you and the driver at the recovery time. If the driver is not able to immediately return the lost item to you, the driver will bring that item to our office. You can then, contact our customer service department to discuss how you may retrieve that item. You may pick it up from our office located at, 88A 4th Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11217, use messenger service, arrange for FedEx to pick it up, request to have it sent to you by mail, etc. (Not paid for by Legends)

Or you can fill out and submit our lost and found form on the bottom of this page. We will do our best to locate your lost property and contact you with the status.

Please note:

1. Legend is not liable for lost items left behind in any of our vehicles left by passengers but we will do our best to locate and recover your item.
2. It may take 2-3 business days for us to locate your item and bring it back to our office.
3. Our lost and found department is open Monday through Friday between 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.


In light of the current events, we have taken the following
steps to ensure the safety of our clients:

1- We  have supplied all vehicles with hand sanitizer and disinfectant products.

2 - We will sanitize all vehicles after each ride

3 - We have provided all chauffeurs with masks and gloves 

4 - We have installed a clear plastic partition between the driver and the passengers. (view below)

5 - We will be providing free masks for all passengers. (while supplies last).
