All you need to do is give our customer service representatives your flight details, and we’ll arrange your airport transfer. Our drivers will meet you in the arrivals lounge or curbside (your preference) to assist you to your waiting car.
How to Arrange for an Airport Pick-Up:
1. We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so give our Customer Service Representatives a call at any time to make a booking in advance.
2. Simply go online and choose the “Online Reservation” option on our site and proceed
with your reservation from there.
3. If you have not made an advance reservation, you can also call us when you arrive, for an immediate pick-up. (Please note that this option is less preferred, and getting a car will be based on availability.)
Airport Pick-Up Options:
1. Inside Pick-Up (Meet & Greet):
For domestic flights, a member of our team of chauffeurs will wait for you in the baggage claim area inside the terminal. For international flights, your driver will be waiting at the customs exit holding a LEGENDS sign with your name on it. He will assist you with your luggage and escort you to your vehicle, which will be in the nearest parking lot, barring unforeseen circumstances.
2. Outside Pick-Up (Curbside):
When making a reservation in advance, you will receive a confirmation number. Our state-of-the-art monitoring technology lets us monitor your flight, confirm its arrival, and dispatch your car to the correct airport area accordingly. After you have collected your luggage, please call our toll-free number, 1(800)788-2119. Give our Customer Service Representative your name or confirmation number so they can provide you with the car number as well as direct you to the designated car service and limousine pick-up area. Barring unforeseen circumstances, you should be able to meet your driver within five minutes of speaking with our Customer Service Representative.
Airport Procedures and Policies:
Inside Pick-Up (Meet and Greet)
1. We will monitor and confirm your flight.
2. A car will be dispatched the airport in advance.
3. Your driver will be waiting for you by the baggage claim area if you are traveling domestic, or at the customs exit if you are arriving on an international flight. Your driver will be holding a LEGENDS sign with your name on it.
4. If you are unable to find your driver inside, please call 1(800)788-2119. Please be aware that passengers who cannot find their driver and leave without calling our Customer Service Representative will be charged for their car service.
5. It is the passenger’s responsibility to notify us if your flight is changed or if you miss your flight.
6. Passengers who wish to cancel their car service must do so at least two hours before arrival time for LGA, JFK, and EWR airports, and three hours for TEB, HPN, and ISP airports.
7. Passengers are not responsible for flight delays. However, we are not responsible for airlines incorrectly updating flight arrival times.
8. Complimentary waiting time is provided as follows: 30 minutes from the arrival time on all domestic flights, and 45 minutes on all international flights.
Outside Pick-Up (Curbside)
1. We will monitor and confirm your flight.
2. A vehicle will be dispatched in advance and it will be waiting for you at the airport.
3. Upon collecting your luggage, please call toll-free 1(800)788-2119. Give our Customer Service Representative your confirmation number or your name. The dispatcher will direct you to a curbside point right outside your terminal. This is where you and your driver should be able to locate one another within a few minutes.
4. If you do not call us to meet your driver after 45 minutes, we will try to contact you on the telephone number you have provided us. If we still fail to reach you, the car will be dismissed, and you will be billed for the ride as a “no-show.”
*Please note that a credit card is required for all airport pick-ups to secure your reservation. It is your choice whether to use the card for payment at the end of the trip. You can also pay cash. Legends will obtain an authorization approximately 25% above the estimated quote to cover any additional charges including but not limited to: waiting time, additional stops, gratuity, tolls, etc. Also please note, if you are using a debit card, there will be a temporary hold of the estimate quote plus 25% for approximately three to five business days until the actual charge is processed.
